After an exciting 2024–2025 season, we will welcome a huge group of first-year women this year, which is sure to add a ton of energy to the team. Although we graduated some outstanding leaders last year, I'm excited to see new people take on those roles. On the men's side we had no seniors racing at regionals last year, so we’re returning a lot of experience which should make for great racing in October and November.  

Last year we were able to take three runners to a race in Terre Haute, Ind. Going on trips like that makes the student-athlete experience special, but throw in high-level competition, and the opportunity to be with the team proved so valuable that we decided to take seven per side to Pre-Nationals in South Carolina this year. These trips would not be possible without the support of our Cross Country and Distance Track friends and family!
