Universal Experiences
DavisConnects is a visionary program at Colby that enables all Colby students, regardless of financial circumstances, to participate in a portfolio or transformative experiences designed to enhance their personal development and post-graduate success:
- Internships
- Global projects
- Research opportunities
Since its inception in 2017, DavisConnects has funded more than 2,000 student experiences. Colby students have taught high school computer science courses in Kumasi, Ghana; researched the history of the Tudor family in London's British Library; delivered clinical ob/gyn care in Istanbul, Turkey; served as Congressional aides in Washington, D.C.; and interned as curators at the Art Institute of Chicago.
Any gift of any amount will make an immediate impact, especially when joined with hundreds of supporters.
